Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to orders placed with Resin Floor Supplies (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd). The full, legally binding version is our Return and Refund Policy.

Summary

  • Return window: 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Condition: items must be unused and unopened, in their original sealed containers and packaging.
  • Restocking fee: none.
  • Return postage: paid by you for change-of-mind returns; paid by us if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How to return an item

  1. Email sales@resinfloorsupplies.co.uk or call +44 1282 270214 with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We will confirm the return and give you the return address and any packaging instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely. Some paints, resins and hardeners are classed as dangerous goods for transport, so please follow the guidance we give you.

Products made or mixed to your specification (for example, custom colour-matched or tinted-to-order products, where offered) cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty. If an item has been opened or used, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or leaking, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund and cover any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days. If you cancel your whole order within the 14-day period, we also refund the delivery charge you paid. If your refund seems delayed, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
